  I typically avoid giving negative reviews, but I feel that my last experience was bad despite being with what appeared to be a manager or lead. It does not matter how many people are in line to check out; take time to help each customer according to their need. He appeared to have a trainee at the counter & I patiently waited while helped her. I was struggling with a young pup h wanted to buy an identification tag for him. The employee in question directed me to enter what I wanted on the tag via keyboard. It was all I could do to hold the pup & my pocket book. I told him I was not able [and even have physical limitations] but he replied he has a line of customers. That was not MY problem. I wish I had demanded a refund & walked out. I will NOT go there again! That is in spite of my first & second better experiences with different employees. They are also expensive in relation to other pet stores & big box stores in the area.
