  I chose this particular group because that was the best of what insurance covered. With that being said, I have been very pleased with Dr. Berger and the two assistants of his that my daughter and I have seen, which is the only reason I will give any stars to this location. Not only have they told me they've schedule an appointment and then never did, they just recently had a flood in the office. Rather than calling the patients to reschedule them, since they had to close the office for the day, they notified us upon arriving for our appointment! To make matters worse, the staff, which I understand can only do so much, does not have a good attitude at all. They have no desire to work with you when it comes to re-scheduling appointments due to their mix-up, there's always an attitude when speaking with them on-site, etc. Not to mention the facility isn't the cleanest. There's always been a reason I steered clear of Greenberg dental, and still would if it weren't for Dr. Berger being a great Orthodontist.

  Worst customer service ever. Bad attitude when you make a question after looking for someone to answer a simple question. They make you feel that your teeth are the ugliest and unhealthiest of the world just to get more money from you. I will never come back there. Now I'm going to another dental clinic and there is a huge difference. They have real customer service.
